Red hair dye to look like henna?

Can anybody please recommend a hair dye which will make my dark brown hair look like it used when I used body shop red henna back in the 90s?
I can’t be doing with all the mess and time henna takes now I am disabled.
I have looked at a few box dyes - clairol mostly - but not seen quite what I want as they all seem to be either rather ginger or mahogony.
Red henna used to turn my brown hair a deep red copper and I want to relive my lost youth!

As someone who used to henna my own, and now do my grown up daughter's for her every 2 months... nothing comes out quite like proper henna I don't think.
I had (now natural and greyish) brown hair, DD was blonde and we both tried lots of different reds but they never had quite that lovely deep copper of henna and they faded SO fast. Henna gives such a lovely shade!
We now use Lush henna on DD, use a cheese grater to turn the block into powder and then paste and I wrap her head in clingfilm for a couple of hours once done.
Is there anyone who could help you apply it/wash it out if that is difficult for you? DD gets her dh to do it if I'm not available (but I do a better job😆)
(If you live in Oxfordshire I'd be happy to help... I wish mine wasn't too grey to take it anymore!)

Thanks for your advice. I think you are probably right and I need to find a helper.
I am right down in the New Forest so a bit far from you!
I have tried a few box dyes but very disappointing results.
I was looking at photos from my wedding back in 1992 when my hair was a lovely deep copper thanks to henna and I really want to give it a try.
I still remember the smell so that will bring back memories.
