help with my frizzy hair

My hair is a riot. It has always been wavy but since menopause it has got frizzy and huge. I had it cut earlier (chin length) and when it dried, jeez louise, it was so frizzy and enormous, if anyone remembers Crystall Tipps, just like that. Have been using serum which helps a bit but is there some sort of other spray which might help? Trying to avoid gel/hairspray/straightening as that's just going to make it dryer and more frizzy. I also don't want to chop it very short.

Mousse stops the halo of frizz.

Dream Cist people, how are you using it?

I too am inflicted with the crystal tips frizz and cannot recommend the Color Wow range highly enough. It’s been a game changer for me, especially the Dream Coat spray

Edited

the colour wow dream coat is a miracle worker.

I really don't want to get into blow drying/straightening. My hair is too dry and that would make it worse. I think it was so bad the other day because I used the shampoo the hairdresser gave me and it seemed to really strip my hair, it felt very odd after washing. So even though I used loads of conditioner, the damage was done. I have washed it again today with my regular shampoo and slopped on about half a tub of hair mask and it's not too bad.

My hair isn't really curly either, just a wee bit wavy and when my hair was thicker/wavier the weight pulled the waves out, but now the hair is thinner the waves are back with a vengeance.

for the color wow dream coat you only have to use it every 3 or 4th wash. blow-dry then as its heat activated and it lasts. unfortunately to get some results with frizzy hair you will have to brlowdry/straighten some time.
