Beauty routine what am I missing collagen, vitamin C etc etc

I have just turned 60 and use some No 7 Future Renew cleanser, a Liz Earle toner, No 7 FR serum and No 7 FR moisturiser. Is this sufficient or what am I missing?

I had to come off HRT die to polyps and fibroids. I keep hearing things about collagen, vitamin 7, retinoids etc etc.

But I don’t know what to go for and why? I have noticed I seem to have bigger pores, I also have a few lines around my lips but I am not and never have been a smoker. Also have the dreaded hairs on my chin.

Thanks

Also don’t take any supplements other than B12 as advised by practice nurse as my levels are below the normal range.

What type of facial if any would be best for me?

I dont do anything posh TBH. A decent cleanser, moisturiser and SPF (same in the evening only with a night cream and no SPF).
I take a multivitamin and collagen but its more for y joints then my face!
Then its just hoping that I look ok for my age.😃

I got very good specific advice for my skin and age when I went for a facial so maybe think about that?
however to answer your question I use retinol and vitamin c cream - medic8 do a very good retinol and explain how to introduce it and what to use it with. Also SPF daily

Add a glycolic toner and retinol at night. Vitamin C serum and SPF in the day.

Thanks all @Withdjsns what type of facial did you have and was it a national company or a private local beautician?
