Do M&S not do free delivery or collect from store anymore?

I’m sure they used to! Now it’s a £3.99 delivery charge.

It would not allow me to collect from store when I ordered today

Since they re started online orders after the cyber attack they have been home delivery only. I believe my dh got free delivery because his order was over £60.

Yep, it hasn't been reintroduced post the cyber attack. Free postage if you buy enough.
Hopefully it will start again soon - but that's wishful thinking rather than knowledge.

I have read they will reinstate collect from the store from this month which will be great.

When I recently ordered something I'm sure there was a message saying in store collections and returns were resuming in the coming weeks.

Temporarily no collect from store post-hack. Delivery is currently £3.99 under £60. I was ordering some school uniform recently and didn't realise this and tried to cancel my order (as was going to a big M&S in a few days). They said they couldn't cancel my order but refunded the 3.99 delivery fee.

Personally I think they should be doing free delivery while you cant collect (their cybersecirity insurance will have kicked in).

I pay a yearly charge to get my deliveries, I should still be covered by that - but apparently not so I'm having to pay.

they’re still not doing online delivery in Ireland. It’s an absolute pain.
