Products for apparently curly hair

I have always struggled with frizzy hair on the underneath of my hair particularly. I use a sulphate free shampoo, a leave in conditioner & hair oil. I would describe it as wavy. Whether I hair dry or air dry, it frizzes, no matter what I do.
whilst looking for help online I read something that said it could be I have curly hair & to try using products meant to maintain/encourage frizz free curls. A google gave me a few, ‘Curlsmith’ to name one. I just wondered if anyone with the same issue/revelation had tried any products they would recommend? I have thin-medium hair but a hell of a lot of it. TIA

I use ; Aldi blue conditioner
Palmers olive oil conditioner
flora and curl hair gel
only curls hair gel

very rarely I use shampoo unless I’m clarifying.

.. I like Alberto balsam pink conditioner but it’s not good in the heat. I avoid anything with glycerin I during the summer,so I use different products in the winter to the summer.

i don’t use hair oil / serum as it isn’t good for my curls. I’ve just washed with palmers, left some in and air dried . Seems ok today, will put a bit of gel in if it frizzes up. Remember you need to have soaking wet hair for at least 5 minutes to avoid the frizz. Difficult I know !

I also have a satin pillow case and put it up at night. If you are on Facebook there’s a group called sensible curly girls uk, lots of hints on there. When I started I bought loads of (expensive) stuff, which didn’t suit mine as I had different curls to others.

Bit of a game this curly malarkey

Thank you, I’ll look up the Facebook group. Also I have no idea about leaving your hair soaking wet? Do you comb it through in the shower with a wide comb then leave it for 5 mins or something else? @FlibbertyGibbitt

I let mine stay Al for as long as poss , then wash, and add products after. I use either a Denman or a curly brush like this
