Just walked to Aldi, and they must have had a delivery today as there was loads of boxes of the stuff. I brought 2 day cream and 1 night cream, but can go back if anyone wants some..

but am advertisers dream and have seen all the recent hype so may re purchase [sheep]

the body cream is great, in huge pump thing, Firming SomethingorOther, about £2 iirc

night cream is good
day cream stinks

tell you what else is good
boots do a range - essentials i think - they have a rehydrating cream but better still is their 'mask' which can be worn as a moisturiser too..
will find

PinkPussyCat · 28/05/2008 14:21

Ooh watching with interest!

Tiggiwinkle · 28/05/2008 14:24

I tried both day and night Aldi cream. Felt lovely on my very dry skin, but I hated the smell! Unfortunately I came out in a rash after about a week, and it started really burning when I put it on! So that was that. Shame though because it did seem to help the dryness...

popsycal · 28/05/2008 14:26

the boots range is the 'expert' range. white basic packaging with purple writing

the 'sensitive moisture replenishing mask' is great
thick layer for 10 mins then tissue off the excess or thin layer to use as intensive moisturiser

popsycal · 28/05/2008 14:28

it is here

SparklyGothKat · 28/05/2008 14:29

thanks pops, will look for that next time I am in Boots

Is it worth the shame of detouring from Waitrose and slumming it in the nearest Aldi (wearing a disguise, obviously)?

[snob]

yes
just for the night cream though
dont get stinking day cream or stinky face wipes
