I'm going abroad in a few weeks and for some reason always get very puffy under eyes (possibly air conditioning, or flying, or heat, or dehydration, or allergy related..who knows?!?), which in turn make my eyes look really sore & tired.
I keep seeing adverts for the Stella & Grace under eye masks (think it's the blue ones to reduce puffiness), and am tempted to get some to use whilst I'm away. Are they any good?
Or are there other eye masks that reduce puffiness that you highly recommend (must be fragrance free)?
I'm 46, peri-menopausal and have quite sensitive eyes.
