What’s the 2025 bolero/pashmina/denim jacket/biker jacket?

What on earth do I wear when I need another layer?
My £££££ biker jacket looks dated, my denim jacket has long gone to the charity shop, cardigans look twee.
i have tons of beautiful cami maxi dresses I love to wear with cowboy boots but am really struggling with what’s current for a jacket/extra layer.
Help!!

I like the shape of a chore jacket, but a cropped length that sits on the waistband- on the hunt for a mid blue denim one.

@anon2022anon if you haven't worn it in a couple of weeks send it back😁 A suggestion for denim jackets is the uniqlo jersey jacket? I find them really easy to wear, but I don't have this denim variation.I think you have a similarly shaped jacket in cream? There's also a darker denim barn jacket available on the Uniqlo website, but that may be too dark for you.

If anyone is in the market for a thick cotton denim shirt that can be worn as a jacket the J W Anderson ones are great. Such good quality, reduced & in 3 shades of denim.

I still wear either my All Saints black leather jacket, my Belstaff beige suede jacket or my white denim jacket.

I’ll sometimes wear a cardigan too.

H&M have just bought out another Chloe influenced denim jacket in grey. Earlier in the year there was a lighter blue version that was just beautiful with puffed sleeves. Great over a dress or skirt. Pictures as attached for comparison as the blue shows the jacket off better.

Depends! I have cardigans, denim jacket, pashminas, structured jackets etc and depends on occasion. My biker jacket is a proper one for riding in so is armoured and very heavy, the back is Kevlar so handy in war zones I wear it on trips though as I can’t fit a second jacket into the pannier.
