Safe/non-toxic makeup brands for tweens?

My tween is experimenting with makeup and I’d like to find her products with ingredients that don’t have PFAs/carcinogens/hormone disruptors in them. The lists of brands I’ve found online are often US-based product lines, but I’d like to find something we can easily get in the UK or Europe.

Any suggestions gratefully received!

Indu is a brand developed for teens, I couldn’t tell you the ingredients but the rhetoric suggest it’s safe.

I think bare minerals, but I'm not 100% so do double check

This is more skincare than make up, but Of Nature is the most wonderful Welsh brand, that also supports conservation work. I’ve been using it about 2 years and my skin loves it :)

OF NATURE - Certified 100% Natural Skincare

Award-winning skincare that delivers results for both your skin and Planet Earth. We contribute 40% of profits to vital conservation projects.

I'm in the EU and only use these types of cosmetics. I love Dr Hauschka and Madara, but they're expensive for a tween. Cheaper brands are Lavera, Sante, Benecos and PuroBIO.

Aldi and Lidl also have some very good Natrue (https://natrue.org) certified shampoos, face creams, lotions and deodorants.

One product I really wouldn't bother looking for is mascara, though. I've tried so many in these "bio" brands, and they always smudge terribly. I stick with standard brands now—it's only on my lashes.
