Help me find my dream bangle that won't bankrupt me...

Hello you clever lot,

I'm hoping that the brilliance of Mumsnet can help me with a problem. I fell in love with a piece of jewellery a while ago and I can't get it out of my head. It's EXACTLY what I want, but there are two distinct obstacles - one, it's sold out, and two, it's a gazillion pounds (thousands of dollars).

I've spent ages looking for something similar but had no luck in finding something I love as much. Has anyone seen anything that comes even close to the style? I love the hammered finish, the square edges, the starburst style of how the diamonds sit - it doesn't have to be diamonds by the way, or white gold, I'm happy with silver and lab diamonds or other clear gems. Or, it could even be a champagne gold. They do them in a thicker and thinner version - I love both.

The bangle I fell in love with is here: https://yearlyco.com/products/the-thick-etoile-bangle-x-oe

Any suggestions gratefully received...

The Thick Etoile Bangle

A solid 14k gold bangle with a squared edge. Custom fit to your wrist and studded with 20 diamonds all the way around in a delicate starburst design. A hammered finish adds subtle shine and texture.

Not exactly the same (no gems) but it gives me similar vibes and looks nice quality? More similar to the thin etoile bangle but you did say you like both.

I think your best bet is finding a jeweller who can make you one from materials within your price budget. I don’t know any bespoke jewellers but plenty of people get engagement rings etc made bespoke so there must be a buoyant market for it.

It gorgeous. What sort of budget were you thinking?

I can see why you love it..

I’d find a jeweller who can make a good knock off for you - perhaps start by looking on Etsy and Not on the High St for anything similar and ask the makers about bespoke

Thanks all, and I'm so glad you can see why I fell in love with it!

Thank you so much for the suggestions - they're close but not quite right, and I think now I've got the Yearly one in my head, nothing will measure up! I have a friend who was a jewellery maker and I might ask her if she knows of anyone who could create something similar and look to have it made.

Thank you for looking for me, I really do appreciate it!
