Vest top or bra without chest band

Help! Late in life I’ve realised I have sensory issues around some clothing including all bra and crop top type things. I haven’t actually worn a bra now for years but would like something as an option for when I want some coverage on the boob / nips area. I wear vest tops daily as I like the lack of band and the fact I can tuck in - another thing I am weird about.
is there such a thing as a top that gives slight shape and coverage with an under boob area that extends down like a vest? I don’t need support, just coverage

My DD has given up with bras, and just wears the Uniqlo support vests instead - which are effectively wireless bras (in my opinion - according to DD they are entirely different).

Are you thinking about a long line bralette?

or something else?

@Matildatoldsuchdreadfullies I looked at those but I think they still have an internal band/shelf type thing, is that right?

@ConspicuouslyLawAbidingWomanyes, maybe! But very long line

I think they do. It looks like an inbuilt bra to me.

Another DD wears super cheap and very soft bras from Primark - almost cropped tops.
