Teen wedding shoes help

We are going to a wedding in a very posh hotel but it’s to be a casual (by the hotels standards) garden bbq style reception. Teen daughter has got a nice hollister dress but no shoes. She hates feet so refuses to wear sandals and I’m at a loss. I’ve suggested so many different styles and she says no to them all but has no ideas of her own…… any suggestions welcome!…..

Does she normally wear trainers out of school ? Are any of them smart enough bough to match her dress?
What kind of shoes does she wear for school? How would they look with the dress?

What’s the dress like? I think teens can get away with being more casual if it’s not a very formal wedding. Converse?

Her school shoes are trashed and going in the bin as soon as term ends. Yes she lives in trainers but I was hoping to coax her into something a bit smarter

Depends on the dress and her personal style, would she wear some sort of Mary Jane’s?
