Work shoes/trainers that will help with Plantar Fasciitis?

I am on a very tight budget but frankly will mortgage my mother if there is a decent pair that will help as I am in agony.

I work in hospitality and am on my feet all day. Up until the last 6 months I would wear running trainers as they are supportive and comfortable but now its just not enough. I am 52 if that is relevant!

Any suggestions?

I found a hard spiky massage ball did the trick. I found out by accident after telling the dog's spiky toy under my foot. Roll it firmly under your poor heel as often as you can.

Look into water shoes on Amazon they are amazing. Comfortable and breathable. I am a carer, on my feet 12-13 hours per shift. You can get them for about £10 any colours you want.

These insoles in all of your trainers and boots

https://amzn.eu/d/92mEqQA. I either bought shoes in a half size up or took the existing insoles out and replaced them with these. They have been a lifesaver for my PF.

Never, ever go barefoot. I could not stand to put my bare feet on the floor when mine was bad..... I was hobbling to the loo in the night. Buy a pair of proper branded Crocs and wear them all of the time at home. I still wear mine as slippers even though my PF is so much better.

In terms of shoes I avoid anything completely flat and only wear shoes or sandals with arch support, that I can put the insoles in or with a slightly raised heel. Fitflop are good for this.

I fixed my plantar fasciitis by rolling a tennis ball under my foot. I did it as many times as I could and noticed an improvement almost immediately.

I wear Ecco sandals in the summer.
