Footwear help - on feet all day

Morning all, could I ask for some footwear recommendations, as I'm struggling with my feet.

I'm a HCP, working with oncology, surgical and spinal injury patients primarily. I usually wear new balance or asics, but despite doing this for 7 years, I'm starting to get foot pain as standing for 12 hours.

I've had suggestions of crocs, but I can't see how they would stay on my narrow feet, especially moving patients around. There's expensive options like oncloud, hoka etc. Sketchers generally don't sit high enough for ankle stability (I'm hypermobile).

Any suggestions gratefully received.

Clarks. The ugliest shoes you can find in there are the comfiest. I won’t wear anything else for work since suffering plantar fasciitis.

Hoka trainers very well designed for good foot support
or Birkenstocks.. they have some specially designed for health care settings

I wear Hotter trainers, I work in the NHS as well. They are not glamorous but my feet are happy all day.

I wear crocs at work and have no foot problems

I'm also hyper mobile and rate the Hotter Leanne trainers. They are one of very few types of footwear where I don't keep going over on an ankle.

Clark’s, or ecco. I’m currently in a pair of black Geox trainers. They are fairly smart and do t actually look like Trainers. Very comfy.
