Recommend me a hairdryer?

My hairdryer has overheated this evening, blown the fuse and melted part of the flex 😱 so I'm in need of a new one.

We have two long-haired kids (one of whom also has v thick and wavy hair) so a decent quality machine is necessary! A diffuser attachment could be useful for days when DD1 fancies leaning into the curliness too.

I have no idea where to start. Budget up to about £80?

I don't know which hair dryer brand is popular in your area. But you should choose a dryer with a capacity of 1200-1800W, with negative ion drying mode to keep your hair in place better. If it has infrared technology, it's even better. The hair dryer should have a smart temperature sensor to avoid overheating like your old one.
