Glowy serum/bb cream/tinted moisturiser?

Is there such a thing as glowy but not sparkly or like an illuminator please that would just give a youthful glow to my older skin?

L'Oreal glotion or the elf Charlotte tilbury dupe. Maybelline 4 in one is amazing but I find it runs out quickly.

Merit tinted moisturiser is good. I will share my routine if that helps:
Morning:
Using water to wash your face,
Sebamed clear face gel,
Garnier spf
Evening:
Merit tinted moisturizer,
Tretinoin (0.1) from skinorac
Sebamed clear facial gel

Charlotte Tilbury Hollywood Flawless Filter. I mix it with a bit of Glossier Perfecting Skin Tint for a little more coverage.

I’m confused as to why you would use tinted moisturiser in the evening?

Dr Perricone Tinted moisturiser gives a glowy finish without any ‘glitter’. Bloody £££ though. Is the L’Oreal one shimmery?

I swear by eborian, a korean brand, their stuff is amazing!
