Polyester-free summer dress for an hourglass?

Hello, any suggestions for this? As the title suggests, I'm an hourglass - big boobs, wide hips, small waist, which sounds wonderful written down but the reality isn't quite so lovely. My waist is short so it's easily lost and I need something that shows it, while not turning the boobs and hips into vast unbroken expanses. IYKYK!

I'm also looking for something free of polyester and preferably all natural. I've noticed there's a trend for longer puff sleeves (or whatever they're called) and I think they are nice, but I don't think a puff either side of big boobs is going to work. I also think it might look dated by next summer.

As usual, it's proving a difficult quest... any suggestions welcome. Thank you.

I couldn't possibly claim to be a style expert, but my go to for comfortable casual summer dresses in natural fabrics are Crew Clothing and Sea Salt and sometimes White Stuff.

Ok it's polyester, sorry. But somehow the skirt section feels cool and breezy and the top section is like a low impact style sports bra (I wear a bikini underneath). I have a similar style from Next which is cotton, but honestly the Sweaty Betty one feels much better in hot weather.

I am also a short-waisted hourglass (although my body also inexplicably manages to pull off a long torso with that short waist) and agree it's a difficult shape to dress. This style is great for emphasising the waist. It runs pretty big IMO, I sized down despite big boobs.
