Eye pencil - I’ll let you in to a secret

I fell for the hype about Victoria Beckham’s eye pencils and the Hildun eye pencils from beauty journalists and bought one of each.
They were expensive.
Yes they are lovely and soft
But so too are Boots eye pencils.
But they are not as expensive.
And they come in lots of colours.
All 3 brands are made in Germany.
Hmmm………Could they have been made in the same factory ???

I found the VB eyeliner so soft it was a bloody nightmare to apply and made me look like an ageing Goth. Chucked it.

There's no way I'm paying that plus postage on an eyeliner,I can afford it but it's a ridiculous price.

I can't believe the VB one is good enough to justify that price tag.
Avon Glimmersticks are my go to. Very soft and don't budge all day.

me too. I've tried every brand over the years.

Charlotte Tilbury ones left me with panda eyes and smudged so badly. I like Rimmel Scandaleyes. They stick really well.

My vote goes to Essence every single time.

Catrice is the sister brand as also good.

Both made in Germany.

I remember a long time ago hearing that Bourjois made Chanel make up. Don't know if it was true, but find Bourjois to be good.
Don't know about Chanel. Can't afford that. 😪
