Help me out of my brand rut!

Wise ones, I need your help! I’ve got ADHD and some sensory issues, and I tend to get very focused / fixed on things when they work for me. For the last 18 months or so I’ve developed a bit of a “mum uniform” for dog walking, school runs, being around the house, running errands etc. It’s Adanola leggings and one of their oversize t shirts, with a denim shacket thing when it’s cooler (or in the winter one of their jumpers).

DH and others have made reference a few times about “Adanola mums” and I’ve seen some reels on instagram of people taking the piss out of this mum uniform!! It’s made me feel self-conscious, which is annoying as I love the fit of the leggings and jumpers. I like the feel of the leggings and that they’re high waisted, and I can also work out in them. I felt for once I had built up a little set of outfits I could just chuck on and feel I looked ok in, but now I feel I can’t wear them. I really struggle to know what’s in/out, and don’t want to look like I stand out.

Can anyone help me find an alternative “uniform” please, so I can slowly start to replace things as they wear out? Would it be ok to wear the leggings still (or are they totally out) but maybe there’s another brand of jumper and t shirts that are good quality and have the same “athleisure” vibe? Thanks so much.

Why change anything?
If you have an outfit style that you like and is comfortable then why not just stick with it?

I mean if you want to change your look because you want a change or feel like experimenting then great but it sounds like you are doing it for other people.
(please dont change for other people.....other people suck, f**k 'em!).
