What has happened to Karen Millen's sizings?!

I used to buy Karen Millen clothes aaaages ago and they always came up super small. Bought some items a few days ago and they swap me! I'm no smaller than I used to be (larger I'm fact) so I was shocked by the sizing disparity. I know they were bought out by Boohoo not too long ago - is this when their sizing changed?

Either way, really annoying. They say they don'tdo size exchanges so I've returned them but foolishly requested store credit (they said it would be faster) and am still waiting for it... I need 2 sizes smaller 😭 and there's only 1 item in that size left ... but I need to wait for the store credit. And the price has shot up since I bought them on a flash sale so if I want to buy the smaller size I'll need to pay a lot extra. Really poor shopping experience with KM! How long did the rest of you end up waiting for store credit on return?

Yeh but actually all the other items have sold out now in my sizes and I STILL haven't received the store credit! They've since been in touch and told me it may take weeks to get even store credit. They're also saying I can't change it to bank refund now. However, I was also told that they don't have any record of my items being delivered yet and that they are still on their way to my house! There seems to be no way of getting in touch directly with an actual person and I keep getting referred to an AI chatbot on WhatsApp who keeps spouting nonsense and repeating itself. I'm down hundreds of pounds. I'm absolutely appalled by the awful customer service and won't be using Karen Millen again.
