Product help for fine frizzy hair.

I have longish length fine hair with a tendency to frizz. It is in good condition but has open cuticles (porous?) by nature so when left natural it is wavy and like a puffball, but blow dries smooth in 5 mins (luckily).
Tried to make curls in the past with all manner of techniques and advice but it only holds a wave. Blow drying smooth is the easiest and most sustainable method for me, so I would like to continue.

Lately I have noticed it is looking drier, so would love recs for a hydrating mask and a blow dry cream/spray that won't make it sticky.
Since it is fine (but lots of it), oils make it stringy so I prefer cream or sprays.

Is kerastase the best? if I have tried those and still not happy, is this the last chance saloon??
Hope someone can help!

I’ve got wavy hair on the point of curly and I use umberto giannini curl jelly. Put it on your hair straight out of the shower and once it has air dried scrunch out the cast. It’s definitely the best reasonably priced option I’ve found!

My hair was the same and was reluctant to use oil. Until I found this its amazing made such a difference to my hair and it styles much better.

Thank you, oils don't work on my hair sadly. I wish they did.

I would love to find a hydrating mask and to keep my blow dries!
