Looking for recommendations for shampoo: conditioner and hair products please. My hair is mostly grey but coloured, its quite course and dry and frizzy! Its a fight to dry my hair as its quite thick, course and frizzy!

I use garnier hair food coconut & macadamia shampoo & conditioner. Also Wella flowing form smoothing balm before styling - recommended by my hairdresser & works really well for me. Ideally I leave to dry naturally.

What have you tried so far? It's so individual it'll help to rule products out if you know that oils or silicones don't work.

Lots of ranges have pre-shampoo treatments now, like the elvive bond repair range. My mum (70) uses all 4 products and its made quite a difference to her corse hair but when I tried it made my hair dull and unmanageable.

I like Philip Kingsley Elasticizer as a once a week treatment for coloured hair.
