Please help me track down this white spotty dress!

I was at a rather glamorous work party last night and there was a woman in a stunning white dress, with big black polka dots and a kind of square collar, a bit ‘sailor style’. I can’t stop thinking about it! Any idea, great minds of style ? I’m sure it’s this season, but can’t find it anywhere online

It’s how it’s worn I guess. Some people look good in a bin bag. Plus I said ‘like this’ as the OP gave a vague description.
