Help me find a pleated dress

I really should not buy another dress and being a shortarse will probably look like a jellyfish in full sail, but I fell in love with this dress on a woman who looked so cool in this weather, gliding along the pavement.

So against my better judgment ... have you seen this straight down midi pleated dress being sold anywhere, ideally in emerald green.

I particularly like the lack of fuss across the neckline, just straight across, no halter, bows, ribbons or panels.

But where is the photograph from? It’s clearly not a random woman gliding along the pavement. Why can’t you buy this dress?

The photo is from Shein which has a wide selection of styles. I was trying to find a visual example of what I am looking for. The dress is sold out in my size and not my ideal colour.
