Help me find a dress like this?

It's for a wedding. I love the appliqué flowers, colour is lovely too but I'd look at other colours as well. Autumn wedding so probably something with more coverage on the shoulders.

I'm tall and slim (struggling to shift mum tum though!) and I don't wear heels so whatever dress I wear would need to work with flats.

I'm hoping to spend up to around £100.

@TomatoSandwiches I love the browny one but it isn't a good colour for me. The Jolie Moi one is lovely, I googled them and found loads of dresses I love on Debenhams website. Thank you!

The closest I can find is this one from Shein. But also twice the price on other sites for the same dress.
