tall and skinny.
we have tried endless sizes styles but the pair we bought (ordered as no availsble in store in the jacket fabric) fits well in length but very baggy in the waist.

any tips?
we have a good taylor in the neighbourhood but their waiting list is long for alterations.

What size does he need? When ds was very tall and slender a couple of years ago I had success with ASOS tall for 30 waist 34 leg

If he is that tall, o would go here and buy some . Their stuff is great and specifically for tall. Slim men.

DS is tall and slim. We accidentally discovered, by way of some second hand chinos, the Tommy Hilfiger do "tall and slim" well.

These jeans come in 28/36. It's worth having a nose around their website and waiting for sales!

If you google waist adjusters or tighteners there are several solutions. One is a pair of buttons that pin though the waistband (like a pin badge) a couple of inches apart. Then the buttons clip together creating a pleat.
