When I got back to earth I went to House of Fraser where they fitted me as a 34G which is a lot easier to buy

But I was very upset as all the Freya bras were waaaay too small

Reassure me bras come this big......

I can reassure you that Freya bras come up very small....I had to take one back cos it was digging in so much, despite having been fitted.

missorinoco · 22/05/2008 20:48

try bravissimo. lots of them. sexy ones too.

KatyMac · 22/05/2008 20:48

But they don't come in the big sizes (only to an FF)

do you mean bravissimo? i just checked and they do 34 up to an L cup (admittedly there is only 1 of those). Lots of 34G's.

KatyMac · 22/05/2008 21:03

Well JL & HoF both said my favourite Freya didn't come in that size....but I see on bravissimo they do

I am a 32JJ and I can tell you, they make 'em big at Bravissimo - they are fantastic. Also if you can spend a little bit more, Rigby and Peller.

I have pretty bras - honestly!!

chonky · 22/05/2008 21:14

at your norkage

TheFallenMadonna · 22/05/2008 21:14

Freya do come up small. Bravissimo tell you to buy one cup size bigger.

Piffle · 22/05/2008 21:15

I am 32hh and heart Freyr bras and bravissimo too...

KatyMac · 22/05/2008 21:15

Chonky....have um

I can't run, my centre of gravity is squiffy, they get hot & sweaty, & I occasionally lose things (tissues/earrings/stray child) in my clevage

rigby and peller are fantastic. I was fitted there and they found 2 bras that fitted me perfectly, one a 32H and one a 34G. so it does depend on the make of bra you're buying.

they actually weren't that expensive, they stock a lot of different makes, not only their own super expensive stuff.

bravissimo excellent as well, and a big range of stuff. but not quite as nice as R&P.
there is one at bluewater now you know

Piffle · 22/05/2008 21:17

hink freya varies. I have nursing bra 32hh but tried on 34gg as no hh and it was mahoosive in the cup when it should not have been...

chonky · 22/05/2008 21:17

Aaah Katymac, but my lack of norkage and a 5'11" frame makes me look a bit transvestitey

missorinoco · 22/05/2008 21:18

i find food ds has thrown down my cleavage

KatyMac · 22/05/2008 21:19

Where as my 40,30,42 Hourglass is just too close together

OP posts:
TheFallenMadonna · 22/05/2008 21:19

Ah but chonky, my ample norkage and 5'11" frame make me look pantomime-damey

Piffle · 22/05/2008 21:25

32 28 32

Sure its an hourglass pretty feckin weird one though when you add in the HH cupsize!

Piffle · 23/05/2008 16:42

argh got measured today am actually 30h

myvchoice of bras just got much smaller.
hells teeth
I am a stick with tits.
grim for fashion and everything.
depressing

time4tea · 24/05/2008 17:31

try fantasie on figleaves. figleaves generally good for the bigger of nork. JL range made me feel bit low

norkmaiden · 24/05/2008 17:35

I had this recently - happily wearing (an albeit a bit loose with hindsight!) 34c, to be given 30d in one shop and 28e in another! Norks have definitely shrivelled up post-baby - I'm also a bit gutted at the lack of easily available bras for under 50 quid (I'm not keen on freya ones).

Humph.
