Going on holiday next week and feel disgusting WWYD

Obviously I should have done something about this sooner but I haven't. I'm a stone from where I'd like to be but I'd feel better if I could lose even half a stone. I feel fat and bloated. The warm weather makes me swell and feel ugh.

How would you feel better about yourself in just over a week? I'm thinking strict diet, exercise, fake tan. I have an appointment to get my eye lashes lifted and tinted. Could get my nails done.

16:8 eating? No/low carb?
Can I realistically lose any fat in just over a week?
I already exercise but could step it up.

How would you do it?

I need to start tomorrow.

Fast 800 diet, loads of water, loads of walking. No processed food AT ALL. Amazing how much you can lose in a week. Add weight resistance training and a fake tan and you’re good to go!

I keep seeing the James Duncan diet popping up on tiktok- it sounds pretty strict but doable and, depending on how much you have to lose, people seem to see results.
I considered doing it before my holiday but decided to just go and buy a few new bits to wear that felt comfortable but looked good too.
A new dress, some sandals and sunglasses and did my nails/toes a nice bright colour, it helped!

Hair cut, nails painted, maybe a fake tan, lots of moisturiser for soft skin, nice outfits you feel cool and comfortable in, new holiday bag, sunhat and some accessories like a couple of necklaces and earrings 😊
