Obviously I should have done something about this sooner but I haven't. I'm a stone from where I'd like to be but I'd feel better if I could lose even half a stone. I feel fat and bloated. The warm weather makes me swell and feel ugh.
How would you feel better about yourself in just over a week? I'm thinking strict diet, exercise, fake tan. I have an appointment to get my eye lashes lifted and tinted. Could get my nails done.
16:8 eating? No/low carb?
Can I realistically lose any fat in just over a week?
I already exercise but could step it up.
How would you do it?
I need to start tomorrow.
