Concealer for red scar on nose

I’m v pale and have a red scar towards the end of my nose, it’s only small but I’d like to be able to cover it up. The usual bendable, spreadable wand concealers don’t seem to cut it and I’m imagining I need a small pot of something dense to use a small brush to sort of ‘paint it out’. Can anyone recommend anything?

My mother had rosacea and used to use a product called veil. Thick and used to cover it well. That was a long time ago though so I don't know if anything better is on the market.

Yes both of these look like the stuff! Just need to find a pasty enough shade

its more effective to do a colour correction using green concealer just on the red area, then regular concealer over that if necessary. It looks much more natural than an area of super high coverage

I’ve tried a few green concealers but nothing seems to cover, it just pokes through!

I use Estee Lauder Double Wear Maximum Cover Camouflage Makeup for Face and Body to hide dark circles and thread veins (on face and legs). It works pretty well if you can match the shade.

I’m pretty sure Vichy have a range that’s pretty much designed for properly covering skin issues.

Thank you xx

Have a look at clinique redness solutions,
It has a yellow base which i think works better than green which can look a bit ashy
