Wedding guest dress for a shortie with boobs

I have a wedding to attend in July (in the South-East of UK for context re weather). I believe it will be quite fancy given the location/venue. I am 47 (quite a young looking 47!), 5ft 2, between a size 8 and 10 (circa 9 stone, although slowly losing fat). I have big boobs and a small tummy that I hate and am conscious of. I would like to wear a dress as opposed to trousers or separates. Can anyone help me find a dress please? I'm not looking for high fashion, just something suitable and flattering and not too 'Mumsy' that I can wear for day and evening. I have a tight budget of around £50, possibly a bit more, and open to shopping on Vinted if I have some ideas (won't need to buy shoes or bag, have loads already). Might be abig ask? Thanks!

Glad you like it. For info, I ordered the 8 and the 10 in petite, but kept the 10 for better boob fit, I don't like them feeling squashed. The belt means I can cinch the waist for a more fitted, smarter look, or wear it without it for a more relaxed look.
