URGENT HELP NEEDED PLEASE! HAVE DRESS NEED CARDI/SHOES!!

God I'm useless at this fashion malarky!!

Have black/white polka dress - mock wrap, v neck.

Need a little 3/4 sleeve cardi/shrug but not sure on colour? Can't be bright pink cos friend wearing.

Or I wear it with black cardi I have already and go for some coloured shoes and a fancy necklace.

Anyone got any suggestions please? TIA
