if you help, you truly are a style goddess.

I am ok in many dresses, but none truly yell FABULOUS...well, not to me anyhow.

I am an odd shape (well, I think I am anyhow), and never fit into one 'shape'.....ever!

I am too short to be called 'lean and leggy', yet too tall to be classed as 'petit'.

I have boobs, (am a 32D), no waist, and 'boy hips'......

can;t wear heels anymore either since my car accidents, so need to look good in flats too!

oh, and I like prints, but they seem not to like me .

flame can fill ya in with anything else, as she laughs often at my dress choices..... (but I love her really).

so......pretty please....

budget is under £40 if at all possible.

Psychomum5 · 21/05/2008 16:59

whitestuff one looks nice, and much better on the model......and the colours are ones that I think are 'me colours'

dove stuff you put on after bath/shower like body lotion, it's really subtle and not at all orange or stripey.

I find it takes the edge off the white iykwim.

Psychomum5 · 21/05/2008 17:00

squack....price....!

flame said 'dove stuff'.....am really allergic to dove stuff, get hives all over.....not a pretty look with a summer dress!!

i know

but i neeeeeeed it

it is very extremely lovely and even the suggestion that i would go commando drew only a raised eyebrow. he's holding firm i'm afraid.

still < puts hand to forehead> I have my health

anyway back to your dress, hmmm....

Squack · 21/05/2008 17:04

can you use the johnsons stuff? it's the same type of thing I think.

Psychomum5 · 21/05/2008 17:09

no idea TBH....I use loreal nutra-lift body lotion and fruit fussions hair stuff.....I still itch, but find myself less 'raspberry' like!

arghhh.....this is harder than I thought.

do you suit maxi dresses?

Squack · 21/05/2008 17:19

this is pretty

are we looking for day dress?

Psychomum5 · 21/05/2008 17:21

flame reckons that the length of the skirts make me look stumpy

maxi dresses tend to drown me......am too short for 'em!!

OP posts:
Psychomum5 · 21/05/2008 17:22

oh, and yes, day dress please...( wanna 'school run dress')

OP posts:
Squack · 21/05/2008 17:24

Squack · 21/05/2008 17:25

£65, but very this season

Squack · 21/05/2008 17:35

how about a shirt dress?

Squack · 21/05/2008 17:37

3/4 sleeves, could leave the top few buttons undone with a white vest underneath and flats

right I have to make tea, be back later for more dress porn

SilentTerror · 21/05/2008 17:42

Psycho,if you usually use Loreal get the Nutrishimmer in 'fair' it gives a lovely colour and no streaks!
I would go for the White Stuff dress too. But I am single handedly boosting their profits atm!

Psycho, the JoJo one is definately you!! And I could see you in the £19.50 wrap dress (good price!) tho could be a bit dressy for school.

I get stuck with dresses too. Found a gorgeous one last yr for friends wedding. Tried it on, fitted perfectly, looke wonderful. Went to take it off and the zip was stuck V. expensive dress and I couldn't blardy well get it off!!! Zip was stuck in the fabric iyswim. Had to ask assistant to help. Needless to say i didn't buy it...wish i had now though.

Squirdle · 21/05/2008 17:59
