I’m starting on Plantur shampoo and the new brown L’Oréal range. Also, biotin supplement. Already take collagen.

prev used L’Oréal colour shampoo or colour wow and a bonding protein Pantene conditioner or colour wow money masque…

also Hask hair oil

Following with interest. I’m currently using a very watery rosemary liquid from Holland & Barrett but not seeing results.

argan and jojoba are carrier oils. I do a mixture of both with a few drops of rosemary, wash it off after half an hour. Only just started so no results yet.

Carrier oil I use is almond.

I used to put a few drops in my shampoo when I washed my hair and left it on a few minutes. I tried using avocado oil and using it as a treatment with rosemary oil but it was incredibly messy.

I mix a few drops in with almond oil and just massage the lot into my scalp and leave it there for about half an hour. Then I wash my hair. It makes my hair look softer and fuller and in better condition for a few days after.

Have you tried taking Biotin?

Satellitetimedelay · 29/05/2025 21:56

I’m mixing with castor oil & leaving on scalp overnight x1 a week. Just started so no idea if effective 🤞

Jojoba oil is the carrier oil most like your skin. Try and buy an oil that doesn't go rancid quickly.

I used black castor oil with rosemary, lavender and tea tree essential oil (a drop of each one with about 1Tbsp. black castor oil). Peppermint oil is also pretty good. Put in all over my scalp for 1-2 hours and then wash out.
