does Gok hate glasses? shame!

just seen my second episode of Gok's how to look good naked, where the lady being Gokked wears glasses (as does Gok, plus programme is sponsored by Specsavers) usually, but when her transformation takes place, hey presto! the glasses disappear without a word!

is anyone on this thread glad to wear glasses, like me (and John Hegley) (although I do have a bit of a daily contact lens habit... sometimes)

i have now given in and wear glasses all the time but wish i had the guts for laser treatment

Trinny and Sooz's victims always used to mysteriously lose their specs as well.

she did look amazing though!

I prefer women in glasses.

I always wear my glasses as seem to get chatted up more with them on than not

My new glasses are endorsed by Gok. I love them, gave up my contacts. I have had many compliments, including the vicar telling me I looked 5 years younger.

I have always worn glasses. Never got on with contacts. I did take them off when I got married for the photos, on my mum's insistence - could just about see!!

I love my glasses. You can get such nice ones now (at a cost, but still). I like to make a statement with them, esp as I don't wear make up.

They were the free second pair i chose but i have ended up liking them more than the other pair and wear them all the time.

great to hear people glad to wear glasses! I keep thinking Gok, T&S should do the same style/shape thing for glasses frames/faces as clothes/body shape. i can never work out what would suit.

any pictures of these fabulous glasses?

My perscription is quite small, so I can get away without wearing glasses, but think they can look so stylish I want some! Seriously considering getting some from here (so cheap, I won't feel guilty if I don't wear them).

Any suggestions on style of frames for a round face?

Pince-nez never go out of fashion (IMHO)
