I have one really irritating spot. It isn’t raised, just a round red mark and I’d ignore it but it is right at the tip of my nose! It fades, then pops up again and is seemingly immune to my skin care routine, clearasil and even surgical spirit dabbed on.

by the way, I’m 47 and perimenopausal. Generally I have quite good skin but apparently I’m still prone to occasional hormonal breakouts as well as wrinkles. I did think by this point it would be one or the other.

Sudocrem is my go to. Nice and thick at bedtime.
