I need help with a Bra in a 28f (that’s probably not a bra)

All bras that would fit me are too expensive and I’m still losing weight/volume in the boobs so I need to try alternatives like a cheaper wireless bra or crop top but must have adjustable straps as my back and shoulders are very small. I have bras on the shortest strap possible always.

so I’m looking for recommendations. Especially from people who have bigger cup sizes as the little Jockey tops are never going to fit Grin

This is what I’ve been wearing for the last 2 years. I’m about the same size and wear S. I don’t think I could wear a bra now! These are so cheap I have loads

I'm a 28f but never wear that size because it's easier to find 30e on the high street. I find M&S bralettes (8DD) fit well and give a surprising amount of support. Hard to get on and off over the head though.

For crop tops, I find the Uniqlo bra tops (the cropped ribbed one) really comfortable and enough support for just walking around. I need the small size to get it tight enough round my ribcage.
Or I M&S do a surprisingly good wireless bra for about a tenner. I've got it in a 30e and it's a nice snug fit.
