look fantastic parcel - fucking evri!!

I ordered some items from look fantastic on Saturday, came to about £60. The order was “delivered” on Sunday morning, but I didn’t see the email confirming delivery until yesterday (was not expecting next day). Turns out the evri driver left my parcel outside the front door of my block of flats - surpise surprise its not there. I was in at the time and the driver didn’t ring the buzzer - its loud you cant miss it! But obviously there is “proof” of delivery as theres a picture of the parcel at the building. Ofc I’ve checked with my NDN and on the whatsapp for the street to see if someone took it in but no luck.

Wondering if anyone has had a similar experience and was able to get a replacement sent out from LF? I’ve sent a message on their website but it says it can take a few days to come back.

Look Fantastic should be replacing these, your contract is with them to deliver the goods you paid for. I assume you didn't nominate a safe place?

In case they come back and say it was delivered outside your door (and therefore their job is done) I would also argue that the front door of the flats does not equate to delivery to your specific address. By that logic they also delivered your parcel to every other flat in the block.

Good luck. If you get nowhere, check with your bank if you can do a chargeback. Did you pay by credit card?

Would it be helpful if you arranged collection to be sent to a local shop and then you could collect when it is convenient for you?
