Dress for the Races

Going to Goodwood in August, Gordon Enclosure (not super smart)…. I’d like a dress, and to look elegant but like I’ve not tried too hard! Size 14, 5’7”, hour glass-y figure big bust, weight on thighs! Will prob wear wedges and take flats. Happy to spend up to £200 for dress and would consider second hand. I’m not sure where to start! Thank you wise s&b-ers!
