Shoes I can stand in all day

Im trying to find shoes that are comfortable for a lot of walking and being on your feet much of the day. At work I spend two thirds of my time in the office or other indoor area and the other third outside in formal garden and woodland like setting. I tend to wear mid length to long skirts in warmer weather and trousers the rest of the time.
I’m not 100% sure what I’m after but am a bit lost as to where to even start.

How formal do the shoes need to be? I wear Allbirds, which I find incredibly comfortable for all day walking, and they are washable, which might be useful if you are spending a lot if time outside.

Not hugely formal, but not casual.
Allbirds tree breezers have always been something I fancied, but have always worried they wouldn’t last very long. I don’t think the trainer style would work.

In that case, these might be better. I have a pair that have lasted me for 2 years, and still look good.
