Body oil or cream for post menopausal body?

I am feeling that my skin is increasingly dry and starting to show signs of wrinkles - I'm 58 - any recommendations for a really super moisturising body oil or cream that is good for older skins? I do like something that sinks in well, I've tried Skin Food and quite like that but open to suggestions. Thanks.

Aveeno skin relief oil is brilliant for very dry skin. I’ve been using it for a year now.

There are several products I love just now, one cheap and had it ages as you can tell from the photo. But I use it when I really need something strong! The other two are excellent for day to day, nourishing, and soak in nicely.

Do you have a good exfoliated? That will help too.

Wow thank you I wasn't expecting photos! Really helpful - thanks.

I just bought an AHA exfoliating serum from Superdrug which is quite nice. I don't tend to like scrubby things.

I'm also trying to drink more water, and I already take evening primrose oil and eat plenty of nuts etc. I still feel dry!

I'm the same age as you and the best I've found is the Garnier Intensive 7 day one. It's cheap (I've tried some silly expensive ones that I could ill afford) and I find it's the best for me. I use the aloe vera one morning and night and my skin can be quite sensitive, but this is lovely. You can get coconut or mango scent too.

I.use e45 moisturising lotion it's great especially for knees and elbows, and elf serum then. nivea cream on my face. I feel like a husk otherwise isn't it a horrible feeling.

I’m in the same boat and have started to use Aveeno shampoo, shower gel and moisturising body lotion plus changed the shower head to one with a filter as we live in a hard water area. My skin looks and feels a lot better.

I use one of those net puffy things in the shower to exfoliate everything else is to harsh.

I go back to Dove in the tub every single time.

I have fancy creams and lotions thay don't come close to this for long lasting moisture. They also give a nice glow.

I'm 55 and having chemo so my skin is a bit loopy right now. I've found Johnsons baby moisturiser works. I get the bottle with the pump and use it right after a shower, although I now smell like baby talc 🤣
Their top 2 toe wash is quite good too.
