Please help me find an amazing black dress x

I'm going to a party next month which has a black dress code. I love fitted, short dresses but I can only find long dresses.
My requirements are;
Short but not plunge neckline as I have a wrinkly decolletage

Short or no sleeves

Structured

Classy not trashy

Budget up to £300

I'm size 8, 5ft 5.
