About 3 years ago, I bought this gel which softened the skin on my heels, from Ebay...cant find it now, have tried other products and gels which say they do same job but really don't....has it been discontinued or is there a replacement product...?..I have searched etc and just cant remember the name of the product which actually worked.

You need a cream with urea in it.

The boots own brand one is the best I’ve found, and I’ve tried several. It’s thick and greasy but really transforms your feet - put socks on afterwards until it’s soaked in.

Not sure about a gel but I use Kerasal. I also use it on the skin around my fingernails. It’s coming up quite expensive on Amazon at the minute..I usually pay about £15 for it but it lasts ages.

Could you post a link please?

This product was a clear gel, it said to apply and leave on for about 10 mins and then rinse off and then soak feet and scrub as usual...it was so good...maybe its got some toxic stuff in so has been removed...am using creams as usual.

Epimax is good - just regular Epimax.

Footmender or exfoliating socks

roseymoira · 12/05/2025 00:31

It will be in your order history on eBay

I second Footmender. I’ve tried pretty much everything and it’s the only thing that works for me. It’s sometimes on the Boots £10 Tuesday.

I happened to rub this on my soles whilst doing my legs and the difference it made was impressive.
