Red wedgey sandals

Am wearing a short, slightly mad/funky short puff ball type dress - bright red - with black footless tights - to a wedding reception on Saturday (relaxed informal affair of young funky types in a pub in London).

Need shoes.

Have to be bright red, black at a push.

I don't do heels so if they are heels they have to be wedge platform types so my feet aren't left deformed!

Any ideas?

bright red ballet pumps

These are really comfy but maybe not bright enough red for you?

sorry if this is lowering the tone - I just got some red wedges similar to all of these for £12 from asda - only about 2 inches high and they come in black and brown too.
I do think ballet pumps might be better with footless tights.

Cant be arsed to find them and link, but there are some really nice red high wedges on the Next website!

Harpo and Dizzy - thanks girls - have ordered both to try on with dress.

Dress is short and 3/4 length footless tights look great with it. Wanted a wedge to give me a bit more height as dress is short but good to have flat ones in bag for comfort factor later in night!

Claireby - those new look ones would be fab but I have tried them on and OWWWWWWWWWWWW. Have to have comfort, almost above all else tbh.
