Skincare and LED Masks

Hello, I need advice on skincare!

  1. What works best for you as a good 'skincare routine'? I am overwhelmed with products and don't want anything too complex or unnecessarily expensive.

  2. LED Masks - does anyone have one and is it worth it? I'm looking at the Currentbody light therapy face mask. Do you really need the neck one too? I'm thinking they work out cheaper than Botox in the long run! Although I'd not be expecting miracles.

Following with interest! Although I'd want / need the neck one more than the face one I think.

I have never used LED masks but I do maintain a decent skincare routine. Here goes my routine if you would be interested:
Morning:
Using water to wash your face,
Sebamed clear face gel,
Garnier spf
Cicaplast
Evening:
LRP moisturizer,
Tretinoin (0.1) from skinorac
Sebamed clear facial gel

I have the current body face mask and a neck mask ( can’t remember brand) I’m not using it consistently enough, but when I do use it my face feels refreshed and glowing. I really want the Dermalux which is like an arc and what they use in Salons. It would be much more effective but costs nearly 2k! I’m humming and harring about getting it. Paying out all that money would make me use it a lot to get my money’s worth!
You could get your own mask and a little Botox now and then.

Thank you! Definitely interested and will check out all of these products!

Thanks this is good to know about the Currentbody one! This with some Botox (if I'm brave enough to go for it) would probably do the trick! Will check out Dermalux too (although definitely out of my budget to own one myself).

Get yourself a decent red light panel with infra red and near infra red light that you can use for other health benefits.

That's a very good chunk at once
