Help - have a job interview but it's meant to be a heatwave

I have a job interview tomorrow and I reallllly want this job! However I'm down south and it's meant to be around 28-30c. So my question is what on earth should I wear?! I want to look super smart and professional but will boil in a suit jacket.

I don't know if they will expect me suited and booted but it's a prestige place so I want to look professional, I'm having a stress! Any tips appreciated!

Take the jacket....put it on just before the interview so when you greet them you'll be wearing it...I presume the interview will be in an office and probably be air conditioned?

Agree re taking the jacket and putting on to go in, have a lightweight shirt/blouse underneath so you are still smart when you take it off. I tend to have a look to see if anyone else has one on and if they don’t I take mine off when offered a seat. If they do, I hang on until they take theirs off.
Personally I’d avoid sleeveless tops for an interview no matter how warm it is but it depends on the industry etc

Thank you both! Good thinking to greet with jacket on. I agree I don't think my arms should be out. I would love there to be air con but it's based in a spa 🥵
