Healthy hair dream

Has anyone got any game changing products to get healthy hair??

I have coloured mid length brown hair with some highlights but it always looks dry and frizzy and doesn’t seem to grow past a certain length.

I use generic L’Oréal shampoo/conditioner and a heat protection cream!

something that actually makes a difference….?

What works for me is Trésemmé Moisturising Shampoo and putting a small amount of leave-in conditioner on the ends before drying. ATM I'm using Phil Smith Total Treat argan oil cream.

I really like John Masters' Rose & Apricot leave in conditioner (hair milk). Been using it for years. I initially started to use it to help my hair heal after I bleached it ice blonde (I have naturally very dark brown hair!), but I still use it now that I'm back to dark, because it makes my hair plump and soft.

Pureology range - ££ but worth it

Philip Kingsley Elasticizer

Wash once or twice a week only. Heat protection spray always. Dry slowly on medium setting. Straighteners/hair tool never more than 170° - preferably 150°.

Your hair will look better in a week.

I wash mine twice a week - I use the Elvive Hydra Hyaluronic Shampoo , wonder water and conditioner

I dry with Aussie Hair Insurance spray and Kerastase Blowdry serum on the ends.

im fortunate to have thick hair in good condition at 55

Start watching The Blowout Professor on YouTube and follow his hair care trinity routine, finding your shampoo soulmate, leave in conditioner and hair oil (you can do a quiz for your hair type and he will give his product suggestions)

Also sleep with a silk bonnet on, I'm convinced this has been the key thing that has really transformed my hair. Now on non-wash days I take the bonnet off, take the scrunchie out and brush and my hair still looks great. Used to look like a bird's nest on a morning.

I stopped colouring mine several years ago and now have shiny, healthy hair again. I had to embrace my natural colour, including a few grey streaks, but I much prefer it to the dry, frizzy mess I used to have.

I use the Oribe range which I get from Space NK. I use their Gold lust range shampoo, conditioner, mask , oil and heat protector. It’s quite expensive but definitely worth for me . I’m in my 50’s and my does look very glossy and thick.

My hair has turned what I can only describe as frazzled these last few months, no idea why as my hair has always been fine /soft - I am guessing it the peri but why all of a sudden who know
but I came across a shampoo and conditioner called paradox and a beauty works heat protector/detangler/smoother and my hair after one use was like different hair! You can use the conditioner as an overnight mask which I did and I cannot believe the difference - unfortunately I’ve only used them as a three so have no idea if it’s one or other or both!
I have coloured hair for reference with a few highlights

I have similar hair op. I use Pantene colour gloss shampoo and Charles Worthington leave in conditioner. I am glad to read the replies and know there are alternatives if these products are discontinued.
