I placed an order Saturday, and expected it to arrive almost next day (so today - I have a long standing account with them). Noticed that when I placed the order I got an "oops" webpage, but then an email confirming the order, the amount also showed on my credit card statement.
Wanted to track the order today, and found I could not view any of my old orders. There is an old page about some system changes but this is clearly out of date and not relevant to this incident. I can't use the chat as its not available... anyone aware of any issues?
