Best hair styler to create waves on mid length hair?

Looking for a really easy to use styler as I’m hopeless at doing my hair.

I'm hopeless too and I find the easiest way to wave my hair is with a good set of straighteners- mine are Cloud 9. I've never got on with other gadgets like automatic curlers or tongs.

My hair is just at my bra strap on the back (I have had a bob about 2 years ago) and I am useless at styling it. Never figured out how to curl it using straigtheners-I get it in knots. I then saw a add for beachwaver, its great it gives me lovely curls. At fist, when my hair was shorter it took me about 30 mins, nor its about 10 mins (I think its the practice not because my hair was shorter before)
