Perimenopause and dry hair

Hey guys, I am 47 and I’ve noticed that my hair is becoming dry. I have curly hair but now it’s just becoming very dry very strawlike, and my scalp has eczema so it’s flaring up a bit more but I use Sebco ( lifesaver) and special eczema shampoo, which I think attributes to the dryness.
Is there anything else I can use to keep or regain the moisture in the texture of my hair. I think daily collagen as well as vitamins but still I need something for my hair.

merci 🫶🏼

Sounds like some kind of hair oil, especially for curls. I straighten mine but use neem oil either way. You might have to do some reading to find the best fit. There are oils that are also good for scalps.
