Products to make me smell lovely again

I'm going through perimenopause and all of a sudden I smell... odd. I shower every day, wash my hair every other day, use deodorant etc but just feel like I smell different. I had a migraine over the weekend and really noticed it. DH says it's no body odour and I don't smell unwashed so I'm not sure what it is but I feel really anxious about smelling bad or seeming dirty

Can anyone recommend anything, product s that without smelling overpowering might just help me feel and smell clean again.

Thanks in advance

I found that my sense of smell was keener in perimenopause, and still is.
So you may not necessarily be more smelly, but you can smell yourself more. It's all hormonal.
If you are having a daily shower and using deodorant that should be enough, imo. Don't use too many perfumed toiletries would be my advice. Apart from the fact most smell horribly artificial, there is concern that they adversely affect our hormonal balance, and our health. That includes toiletries, cleaning products, fragranced candles and other "deodorisers". Also, they will make your skin reactive. Not to mention affect your breathing. You just don't need them.

Rituals body cream. I wore Mehr body lotion and my son commented on how nice the room smelt.

Ouai St Bart’s body wash. Has a lovely summer scent which carries all day.

I felt like this after taking probiotics and someone told me to wash with actual soap instead of shower gel and it did the trick.

I have this too - very keen sense of smell.
I use real soap in the shower followed by something lovely like Molten Brown Heavenly Gingerly or Neom shower cream/gel.

Then I have a body oil that I make myself - sweet almond oil with pure jasmine essential oil added to it - it smells incredible and lingers everywhere.

Then I put baby powder under my arm pits, belly button, feet and groin area (not close to vagina where there have been links to cervical cancer).

Then Mitchum Powder fresh antiperspirant.

After I’ve got ready and dressed, I spritz my favourite perfume. Current faves are Alien Goddess and Juliette Has A Gun Mmmmm. Always spray my hair as well as I only wash it once a week and I find smells from work/cooking can linger.

Throughout the day, I now catch wafts of baby powder, jasmine and my perfume. Much more pleasant than before when I only used antiperspirant spray and perfume.

Imperial leather soap. Not shower gel. Even makes teenage boys smell fresh.
